We provide a range of support contracts with options to ensure that your IT systems are kept functioning

We offer a complete support service including traditional break-fix maintenance where we will repair your hardware when it fails for a fixed fee per item. a flexible pre-paid voucher scheme that provides a cost effective alternative to fixed-price maintenance and gives improved response and fix times over our standard Ad-Hoc service, and a telephone helpdesk to quickly resolve application problems and we can even take control of your PC so that you don't have to go through the frustration of following step-by-step instructions.

All of our Support Contracts can be customised to suit your individual requirements, including specifying upgraded response times for critical hardware, nominating key users who should receive priority treatment and identifying busy periods in your business when support should be increased.
